As COO, Scott leads operational excellence across all divisions focusing on expanding the Network Connex footprint while maintaining high levels of safety and quality performance and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Network Connex, Scott was a Managing Director at ORIX Capital Partners leading operational initiatives across various industrial services companies. Before taking that role, Scott built 20+ years of leadership experience in product management, operations, manufacturing, quality and engineering at TE Connectivity, Continental AG, and Motorola. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Michigan State University.
