These long-tenured wireless leaders will champion wireless solution design playing a pivotal role in our ability to deliver premier wireless infrastructure services including design & engineering, site & project planning, RF services, and deployment of in-building solutions and macro sites.

As Senior Director, Central Region, Adam will help wireless customers accelerate site development and simplify complex infrastructure projects. He’ll bring together Network Connex’s integrated wireless, fiber, and data center teams to deliver scalable solutions for mobile network operators, tower infrastructure vendors, and enterprise customers in Texas, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
Based in Chicago and focused on Central and Texas Region projects, Adam brings more than 25 years in telecom site development, business development, and program management. Through leadership roles with site acquisition firms, mobile network operators, tower companies, and consulting firms, he has fostered strong industry relationships and developed a comprehensive perspective on real estate and network deployment strategies to consistently deliver scalable solutions.
Rishi Mahajan

As Senior Director, Solutions Development Rishi joins the team with more than 15 years of experience in wireless infrastructure, with deep expertise in DAS, public safety, 2-Way Radio and CBRS/private LTE. Known for turning complex technical solutions into practical outcomes, Rishi has led the design and deployment of large-scale network systems for enterprises and public-sector clients. Rishi is based in New York City and will lead In-building communication and RF services activities nationwide.
In his new role, Rishi is charged with helping businesses achieve stronger connectivity, reduce risk, and stay future-ready with seamless DAS and in-building solutions. He’ll oversee expansion of our design and engineering, in-house build and RF services, and lifetime monitoring and maintenance services to empower carriers, data centers, and enterprises to grow with confidence.
